SCRATCH PENNANT PREMIERS DIVISION 3

Attention All Members

“Congratulations to Michael Rossborough and his team Austin, Manny , Rob , Antony, Stelios, Adam and Mick for taking out the Division 3 Scratch Pennant final. The win was hard fought and many thanks go out to all the players and caddies involved throughout the pennant season.

Michael in particular would like to also thank Blair Fairley, Ivan Turfrey and Jeff Harkins who played during the season, and also to those who gave up their time to caddie and cheer on the team at Home and away.

Manny (1)and Rob (2)were square with their opponents coming up the last ( Westgate was leading 3/2) Both Manny and Rob made clutch putts for East Malvern to clinch a sensational win and the Pennant 4/3.

This win makes it 2 wins from the last 3 finals. Next year we are up to Division 2 with our opponents to be Dorset (losing div 2 finalists) Brighton ( coming down from Div 1) and Altona Lakes
