Sunday May 20 Stableford

The Scratch Pennant final was played at Werribee Park today

On a very cold and windy day, Burnley who went into the final undefeated all year were just too strong for us on the day winning 6.5/1.5

It was a great effort just to get to the final as a few weeks ago we thought we might get relegated

Thanks to all players for their efforts this season. Special thanks to Alan Reeve who was team manager for the day, Winston , Mick R, John C, Mick M, Joe G and Andrew Nally for coming down and caddying/supporting the team.

Competition Winner: Scott Clark (11) 36 pts c/b

Front 9: David Lake 20 pts

Back 9 : Shane Johnstone 19 pts

3rd: Scott Clark

5th: Gary Danby

9th: Scott Clark

14th: Wes Branchflower

Next Week : May 27 Stableford
